These Terms of Use apply to your use of Mendra. Mendra is distributed through the Apple App Store and is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. If these Terms conflict with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, Apple's terms control where required.

Use of Mendra

Mendra is provided as a wellness, reflection, sleep-support, and meditation app. You agree to use Mendra only for lawful, personal purposes and not to misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the app or its services.

Not medical advice and safety disclaimer

Mendra does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or crisis support. The app is not a substitute for a doctor, therapist, counselor, or other qualified professional. If you are in danger or experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping access to your email, device, and sign-in provider secure. If you believe your account has been used without permission, contact us.

Mendra Plus subscriptions

Mendra Plus provides continued access to premium Sounds, Sleep, Guides, Meditation, and related premium content. Subscription prices and durations are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your Apple Account is charged at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription in App Store account settings. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.

Restore purchases

If you reinstall Mendra or change devices, you can use Restore Purchases in the app to restore eligible App Store purchases.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, limit, or discontinue parts of Mendra over time. We try to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
