Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how Mendra users can request deletion of their Mendra account and related app data. Mendra is operated by Yunus Bulbul.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Mendra.
  2. Sign in to your account.
  3. Go to You.
  4. Tap Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

Account deletion removes your Mendra account from our authentication system and clears local Mendra app data on that device.

Request account or data deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, or if you want to request deletion of account data without using the in-app flow, contact us at hello@mendra.space.

Include the email address or sign-in method you used for Mendra so we can identify the account. Do not include sensitive health, payment card, or password information in your message.

Data deleted

Data that may be retained

Some records may remain where retention is needed for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute handling, diagnostics, or app store billing records.

Retained records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law or the relevant app store or service provider.

Local device data

Mendra stores personal wellness content such as check-ins, reflections, wishes, intentions, preferences, and progress locally on your device. You can remove local app data by deleting your Mendra account in the app, deleting the app, or clearing app data through your device settings.

Optional support purchases

Support Mendra purchases are optional one-time support purchases. They do not start a subscription and do not unlock content, features, badges, status, or services. Deleting your account does not delete app store billing records or automatically issue refunds.
